This museum was amazing value for money , just £1.50 to enter , with so many different displays and photographs you could spend half a weeks holiday looking around. Very helpful voluntary staff who are obviously passionate about St,Ives and it's history.

Excellent value for £2 ideal for a damp afternoon and staff very friendly and knowledgeable; much about the history of St Ives and some genuinely moving anecdotes about the fishermen and lifeboat crews lost at sea

Amazing place! The history of St Ives! A must visit! They have a room downstairs running a loop of a video showing St Ives from when it was a fishing port years ago! Fabulous!

You might find museums 'stuffy', but not this one. It's packed with interest and local history. St Ives has a lot of history, and it is well covered. And it's free. Definitely worth a view if the weather is poor (as it often is in...More

Some good models to see quite a small museum, small entry charge. Good to see the old pictures of sailors in the bay etc, also has the smallest dog in the world!
