Beautiful golden sand, turquoise water yet another perfect St Ives beach. Just below the train station so the kids enjoy trainspotting as it moves around the cliff to lelant. Also great food from the beach cafe too!

Spent the day on Porthminster Beach, was so peaceful, but great to relax. The sand was Golden and the seas was calm. NO DOGS ALLOWED om this beach that was good for children. 2 Cafes on site but a bit dear.

Loved the views of the sea, beach deserted, even to it was sunny, but early season. First time visiting this area, would recommend going in low season as guess it gets quite busy?

Next to the train station so easy access by public transport and car park next to the station as well. However, the beach is small and bit of litter everywhere. It's nice but we stayed at Hayle and the beach next to the holiday park...More
