Thought we’d stop off, didn’t know what to expect from the outside but it was a lovely little pub in an old building (hence the lack of head height) but enjoyed the drink, after walking round Polperro.

Had a really lovely lunch here with my friend, daughter and grand baby. The food was lovely, staff really friendly and prices were great. I had catch of the day and it was just beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Definitely NOT closed. Very friendly welcome, the renovations have been done to a good standard. Food was great. Bedroom was just what we wanted, with a very comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Overall very good place to stay and I would definitely come back.
