You find here one week or weekend cookery courses for basic cooking skills such as baking, bread making, chocolate, cooking with fish or meat, teens cooking clubs. It is a vibrant centre for professionals and public to indulge their passion for food.

What a fabulous day! Friendly and relaxed atmosphere; beautiful buildings and setting; excellent facilities and equipment; fresh ingredients; great recipes. All in all, a lovely day and I learnt so much. I will certainly be re-producing the dishes at home.

Thank you both for another fabulous day cooking. I've come home with lots of beautiful, yummy desserts. I've also had a relaxing but fun day trying new recipes. The atmosphere is chilled but quite busy, the location beautiful.
