The cathedral is great to see and you can even have a tour up to the top of the tower with views across to Wales.

We visited the cathedral on the day storm Doris struck! What a beautiful building, awe inspiring! Our guides Matt and Chris were brilliant. Matt assisted my husband when he got bothered by the height and tight spaces of the tower tour. Chris was a very informative and friendly guide for the ground floor tour, pointing out lots of quirky things😄... More

Bit dull and annoyed about being asked for a donation before we even went into it. Nice area behind the altar

Wonderful architecture, great place to walk around and learn about. Lovely in the summer with the external gardens. Would visit again.

This is a very peaceful Cathedral to visit with history going back many years. The external Garden is also a place to walk, sit and meditate. Set right in the Town centre easy walking distance of many more interesting places to visit.
