A wonderful park to have a dog walk around, beautiful in all seasons. We're lucky to live the other side of the roman road so we can walk home (13k) from wandlebury too!

On a nice sunny day this is the ideal spot to enjoy a walk in the extensive woods enjoying the wild flowers. It is very safe to allow children to run free and explore a dry moat, woodland paths etc. There are also extensive open areas to play games, picnic etc.It costs £3 to park all day = although you... I have been her e several times but more recently with my baby meeting up with friends. Wandlebury Country Park provided the perfect venue. We sat near the picnic tables and allowed the children to crawl around. Parking was reasonably priced so don't forget some change! On previous occasions I have brought my dog. It is a nuisance having to... More

Lovely area just to take a stroll, or the kids to run free & burn some energy. Also facilities for picnic or barbecue. Maintained paths so easy to walk in a tranquil wooded area. Not too large so can do the whole area, or branch off back to the beginning. Easy reach from Cambridge city centre.

This the most lovely place to walk IF ONLY one's dog did not need to be kept on a lead. It would be an ideal place for dogs to run freely and I see no reason for the strict adherence to the 'dog's on leads only' rule.

A great location for a walk - visited today with freezing fog and lots of frost on the ground - it was beautiful. A nice walk round the Iron Age Fort. I first visited here for a Cub Scout Day Camp - over 50 years ago - It is still a pleasure to visit (although the ditches on the hill... More

My child loves this place. Great for running, flying a kite, picnicking, exploring, etc. They have a pop up café in the summer and organise activities for all ages.

A lovely site for a walk and you can even see Ely Cathedral in the distance on a good day, although you have to look quite hard. A lovely unspoilt place, where all is peaceful, would definitely recommend a visit.
