We run the City's bright red open top buses which offer a quality sightseeing service of Bristol. All our commentary is provided by real guides (not a headphone in sight!) who are local and have a passion for their city. Their commentary is a mix of information, entertainment and humour. The attractions and main places of interest in Bristol cover a good-sized geographical area, and our buses offer an easy, convenient and affordable way to get about. The Hop On, Hop off ticket is a major advantage for those who wish to get off and explore the city.

Fantastic! What can I say? It was a trip for the pre schoolers (who loved it) but I think I got far more out of it. The guides on both the buses (we hopped on and off) were lovely, informative and fun and the drivers...More

We went on the bus and it was excellent. The driver Mike and the guide Andy were a good team. Andy was very informative and answered all the questions and greeted people in their own language. He was obviously very enthusiastic and proud of Bristol....More

Did bus and ferry tours 6th and 7th June. Drivers and guides were excellent. Went out of their way to be helpful. Couldn’t ask for more

We have been to Bristol a few times and done the usual obvious things, SS Great Britain and Clifton suspension bridge, but never really got to grips with where everything is in relation to everything else. So we decided to do the open top bus...More

The tour was good and guide very good. However they strongly encourage you to book online which we did. Having done so and after paying they THEN plainly tell you that you must print out the email ticket because the driver unlikely to accept an...More

Excellent, relaxed bus tour of the city. Ideal way to spend an hour or so, from the upper deck of an open top bus, on a sunny afternoon, with water bottle to hand, being expertly guided back into Bristol's history. We had a clear view...More

It was a waste of money. Starting with an unfriendly driver and following with a guide who was not possible to follow due to the pronunciation, even difficult for the locals

Despite being rugged up in (appropriately) red blankets we enjoyed and appreciated our tour. Our guide, Bill, was a font of knowledge for all things Bristol. The tour takes in all the expected bits of Bristol but with information not widely known. Well worth the...More

A quick google reveals that the Insight website says £40 for a family (2 adults, 3 children) which is valid for two consecutive days, and the SS Great Britain is £37 for the same size family, valid for one year.
