Primarily went to look at documents in the Bristol Archives, which is also housed in the building, and was delighted to find a café on my arrival as I'd passed nowhere to eat on the way. Our walking club group called in at the Create Centre Cafe for mid morning refreshment. The staff were very friendly and we were soon enjoying our selected refreshments. The fresh coffee was delicious, and the selection of homemade cakes and flapjacks very tempting with everything at very reasonable prices. We were already booked in for a pub lunch a little... More

It is a superb venue and the soil exhibition was interesting but there is something odd about the reception. I rather felt I should be more knowledgeable before I asked my tentative question. Might I suggest a little more attention to the arrival experience

The centre was opened out of hours for our evening event but it seems like a fantastic resource. We arrived by boat - always a bonus - and had time to look round the exhibitions. It seems like a great place for meetings and I wish I'd had time to see more than just the cafe, however the food was... More
