Christmas advent service was a treat to begin with but descended into a pain in the ear as the organist drowned out a capable choir AND the congregation.

Thank you for these comments and for joining us for our Advent services. We're sorry that you felt that the organ was too loud - we'll pass the comment on to our music department.

A beautiful cathedral to visit with many interesting carvings and tombstones. There are many peaceful areas to visit in the cathedral. Unfortunately, the gardens were closed when we visited.

Lovely to go and look around and not be charged an entrance fee! The smell of incense was lingering post Christmas celebrations and it was warm an inviting both literally and spiritually. Well worth a visit.
