I have been to Bristol on many occasions but until recently had never been to the cathedral. There is lovely carvings and is a hidden gem. If you want an oasis of calm in the city it is worth a visit

Stunning church. Archetechtural features from the 11th century. Beautiful postwar stained glass honouring services like nursing, police, fire, home guard. Choir stalls are vey beautiful.
