Great beach for walking along the ocean, either on the groomed trails or right along the shore. Sandy in some areas, stony in others. Picnic tables and restrooms. Good parking close to the beach. Dog friendly.

I love walking this beach any time of year. It is a long span of beach that is protected from a lot of the winds and so it typically very calm waters and lovely for walking and sunbathing.

I enjoy the spaciousness, the beach and the grasslands. Its lovely to be there anytime of the day but sunsets are gorgeous, as are full moons and no interference with city lights. All year is relaxing to walk there.

Beautiful beach for quiet walks on even a rainy day while visiting Victoria. Clean and well kept, a natural beauty on the edge of the city, we even saw wildlife! We need to keep this one in mind for our next summer visit!

A beautiful walk along the beach. It's also dog friendly I only wish it was a longer walk. It's a bit of a drive to get there from downtown vict

This is worth coming off highway 17 for a bit of walking and talking. There are picnic tables, even a small municipal camping spot and places to sit and dream. Locals like it for dog walking. There is more to be done here: potential for...More
