This was a crazy hike along cliff edges, up the ladder, through the tunnel and then the part where you hang on to the cable! My husband and I are in relatively good shape even though we are 60 and we made it! Had a...More

A great hike in Waterton. Yes you have to climb a 20 foot steel ladder, walk through a 5 foot height natural tunnel, and hang on to some cable for 50 feet but this is nothing compared to some hikes I've done in in Washington...More

It is a very good hike, not for everybody. If you are afraid of heights, It might be difficult but at least before this part, there is nice views. Apart from that, it is a very doable hike since the trail is going up slowly....More

Did the hike in late August. The hike by itself is a decent workout . The first part of the hike goes thru a forest and is shaded. The first set of climb is easy and then it levels out. Some where around the second...More

We did this hike in early August with our three kids, ages 10, 11 and 13. The kids all loved it, and had no difficulty whatsoever (much better cardio than the adults!). I am quite afraid of heights, but this did not affect my ability...More

This is a beautiful hike that takes you through many different types of terrain and features amazing views. The best part is crawling through a 25 foot long cave. There are some places where people who are afraid of heights might have some trouble since...More

This hike was not as hard or difficult as we had read but we are both experienced hikers and not afraid of heights. We took the 9am ferry over and hit the trail about 9:15. We stopped for a few photos along the way but...More

A great experience for hiking. Thos trail is well built and incorporates man made structures to navigate a tricky rock wall traverse.

Depends on how strong a hiker you are and if you wish to go around the lake (allow 1/2 hr for circling lake). We were on the 8:30 boat, spent 3/4 hr at lake, I circled lake, did the extra 1 km into canyon area near the end... More

Check to see if this trail is open. I heard a week ago that many trails were closed because of fire danger. We did not have any evidence of smoke there but a week later, we saw evidence when hiking in Fernie.

I'd wait. it's a tough hike for a younger and even tougher for you being 6 months pregnant The earliest boat collection is 1600. so you'd be there from 1000 - 1600.
