Our stay was limited to three nights as weekends were booked solid for the time we were hoping to visit. We stayed at a walk-in campsite which was clean and huge. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Racoons appear as soon as the zipper closes...More

We stayed for 8 nights - the only available sites at time of booking (May for August holiday) were in the 'field' rather than in the trees. We didn't mind as we had a canoe with us too and that made it easy to hop...More

This is a good campground right on the ocean. Best swimming beach on the island. Lots of walk-in sites for tents and bikes, large sites for tents and vehicles. No services so rarely any RV's which makes it for a quiet campsite. Pit toilets and...More

A small provincial campground, no hook up, big beautiful treed sites. It's right next to a gorgeous shell beach that is such fun on low tide, with rocks and little crabs. There were great starry nights with bioluminescence in the water. The water was warm...More

Stayed at the Walk-In campground for three nights. Really beautiful place to hang out. Kids loved all the beaches, the trails, and everything that comes with camping. Adults loved doing something different every day (hiking, boating, riding scooters, fishing), and coming "home" to a clean...More

Beautiful private sites, two shell beaches to explore and a trail around the peninsula. We would watch the sunset to end our day. There are clean water taps throughout the park and pit toilets but, no showers. They also have walk-in sites and provide wheelbarrows...More

If you are to go to Galiano you must come to Montague. There is a well established trail system, campground, and also a large day use area for any events. The trails go through a bog and also pass a shelly beach, which has an...More

Camping , short hiking around the park. The best spot to watch all those amazing sunsets. Small secluded beaches with crystal clear water.

Good sunset spot to take in the beauty cove and enjoy watching the crabs and anemones in the estuaries.

There are water taxis all over the gulf islands but not sure where you mean to take one from? BC Ferries has service to Galiano and it is easy road access to the park from there.

Yes you can ride on the road on the island. Their roads are narrow and no designated shoulder for bikes. However, traffic is very minimal and they know how to give you lots of room when they pass you. Just make sure you are... More
