Warning. Extreme incline especially at the bottom where you have to hold onto a rope. It's worth the decent down and the climb back up though

I tried everything to get to the Egypt Falls, but we ended nowhere. No one knew, neither did my GPS. I asked the clerk at the Visitor Center in Inverness and this were her directions: The start is from the Visitor Center in Inverness. 4...More

The waterfalls were lovely. My son who is 6.5 enjoyed it and managed well. Proper foot wear and bug spray is a must!

Visited Egypt Falls on July 1, 2017. Bit of a detour off our Cabot Trail drive and not necessarily easy to find. My wife chose to stay with the car which was a good choice. The trail through the woods is downhill to the falls...More
