Fantastic big beach with dunes and lots of broken shells that look like white sand. Long walks with wind in your hair. Water is clear and the bach is never too busy. Fantastic place to come with your family and it is kid safe. They can climb the dunes all day and get tired. I suggest taking drinks and snacks... More

Just loved it here. There are 3 beaches to visit so speading a week here is just great and never the same day over again. Highly recommend!

One of the best white sand fresh water beaches in the world. Excellent for all water sports, camping, and probably swimming too (I'm always concerned about Lake Ontario's pollution level). Reserve well in advance if you want to camp over night.

We camp at Sandbanks Outlet A beach every year and love it. People are respectful of other campers (mostly) and we have yet to run in to loud partiers at night.

I loved it! The sands are warm, fine and white. But it lacks some infrastructure. It is a nice place to escape the craziness of the urban life.

It was nice to visit, very picturesque. I'm sure it would be gorgeous in the summer. Preferably, I would visit in the summer months. The trails could be marked a little better. Overall, its beautiful there in Prince Edward County.

Winter dunes and snow, wonderful vistas for hiking. A great place to enjoy nature with hardly any people. Park outside & walk in.

First we went to the beach and I was wondering what all of the hype was about. Later I found the other part of the park with the real sand dunes...and I was blown away. The kids LOVED it and it was a beautiful sight to behold. The county around it is quaint and full of friendly people. We rented... More

In the summer this park is filled with campers who come to enjoy the park, the extensive beaches and the safe swimming. But in winter entry is free, the park is empty and one can walk for miles along the sands, admiring the ice formations at the littoral. There is usually a breeze from the west and occasionally there are... More

Beaches are amazing! But packed in July and August... come visit them in June and September! A fall walk when the colors are changing on the trees is my favorite.
