We have not camped there, but have taken many day trips to Mclean Creek. It is one of the best dirt biking and quadding locations in Western Canada. There are literally hundreds of kms of trails and vary from easy to impossible.

Lived in Calgary all my life and I resisted the urge to go to McLean creek for some recreational all terrain vehicle riding . Why? Because I figured it was a "Redneck" thing to do... yes I judged others... guilty ! Well my brother decided...More

A short 45 minute drive from the city of Calgary, this is a great location for a hike, mountain biking or other activities. Marred somewhat by off road vehicles it is still well worth the trip. Bring a camera as you can find lots of...More

We stayed three nights at this campground. It is very clean, sites are spacious, and is the perfect set up if you like to ride ohv's. There is a back access from every site to the trails.

Kids playground, store, showers and amphitheatre! Hiking trails and riding trails galore. Great for the whole family. We...More

We went on a beautiful February day for a wiener roast. If you do this, know that you must pay the campsite fee. Worth it to use the fire pit and they have the snow clear. We camp here in the summer. Close to town...More
