I frequently mountain bike through this park. It's a great thing to have in our town! Only improvements I could think of would be better signage for what trails are on town property and which trails go onto private property.

We had time for a half hour stop. Interesting history of Alberta and ranching. This area of the world has a unique history and geography and it's worth learning about it.

This gorgeous park is located right in the town of Cochrane. A beautiful hiking trail and also great place to take a picnic along. Lots of room for the kids to run and play and explore. .

This place is worth a stop. There are markers explaining the history of the area and a nice walking trail. Be sure to see the horse and rider statue on top of the hill. There is a small museum but it was closed the day...More

We had a lovely walk around Cochrane Ranche Park following some of the trails. We especially loved crossing the bridge into the forest area over the creek. It was a nice way to spend some time in Cochrane

Nice place to go for a walk. Accessible from downtown and has many kms of pathways. Good for biking as well.
