Beautiful cascading falls

This is a great waterfall to get wet in! watch for a path thru the bush that will lead you right in front of the rapids below the falls.

A little difficult to find when the walking tracks are covered in snow. Worth the searching though. Beautiful cascading falls, even when they are frozen.

We saw Spahat, Dawson and Helmcken falls and loved all 3 of them. The waterfall is just a short walk from the parking lot. Very impressive that you can walk up to the point where the water falls from the cliff.

beautiful waterfall, to be enjoyed in piece. Not too many people visit wells gray park, and that's great! Dawson falls is only minutes walk from the parking lot, and it is very beautiful and unspoilt.

These were our favourite falls in Wells Gray and there are lots to choose from. They are not the highest, but are just wonderful at any time of day. Justly known as a mini Niagara, without the commercialisation.

We visited the falls in the late afternoon/early evening. The light and autumn colour made this a wonderful trip. The area is well secured with fencing so that even the most distracted 'Falls Viewer' /photographer is safe. The rules on 'bear etiquette' are clearly displayed - we didn't see any though. Although the walk to see the full beauty of... More

Of all the waterfalls I've seen today, I loved this one the most. The shear force of the water and thundering volume really takes your breath away. I wish it was in my back garden I could just sit and watch it for hours. Make sure you walk further up to the top of the fall, it only takes another... More

A short walk takes you to the falls from the parking lot. Be mindful with small children as the trail goes right below the road within a few feet for a short distance. Just on the edge of the lot you can look down to the river and see the bridge that crosses it and another smaller falls as well.... More

If you are in the Wells Grey Park doing the waterfalls, don't leave this one out. It may not be the highest or the widest but it's still lovely and you may get to see the salmon jumping!

This is a beautiful falls. The hike was easy and the view stunning. You get right up next to the water. The woods are beautiful and full of a great variety of mushroom and fungi. There is plenty of parking.
