We did a bit of Cross Country Mountain biking here - the Upper BS was the trail we took from Fairmont Hot Springs, ending in the park. Be prepared for a long, sustained climb and quick downhill... but there was some really nice scenery once...More

I went mountain biking on both the upper single track and the lower double track. Runs between Fairmont Hotsprings and Canal Flats

Other reviews said popular trail, easy, fun. It was hard to find...how a provincial park can have so many pot holes blows my mind...the trail was bumpy, not much scenery...I wouldn't do it again!

In summer likely is a good place to see birds - a nice wide dirt road for biking or hiking - some views - if driving would need a high clearance vehicle.
