We walked up to number 2 falls viewing point on a bright snowy day. Paths were good and view of frozen river great. Plenty of snow to play in. The scenery was lovely and I am sure would be at any time if the year

You can walk the entire trail in an hour if you are going for exercise. There are several sets of stairs. It’s really beautiful during the fall. Make sure to carry bug spray.
