Super easy flat walk with gorgeous views. We took some food and drink and found a place to sit and soak in the views.

This walk takes you out in Sooke harbor. Very easy, great views. Parking is small but there are other places in the adjacent streets. Just go, you will not regret it.

Well the spit is a gentle walk out into the bay along the top of the break water. Its about a mile or so out and a mile or so back. dogs are welcome to run free just pick up the poop.

Whiffin Spit is a wonderful walk along an amazing Spit. It's pretty unique to be able to walk out into the middle of a Harbor.

Our group of 5 enjoyed our hour-long walk from the parking lot to the end of Whiffen Spit. Nice views in all directions; across Sooke Basin, across Juan de Fuca Strait, to East Sooke Regional Park, and back towards the town of Sooke.
