Always an exciting line up of shows - a great mix and a really attractive venue (how can you go wrong with a balcony overlooking the 1000 Islands). Very friendly front of house staff and box office staff. Comfy seats in the Springer - and the Firehall is always offering up something new and different. Go for a matinee and... More

We five attended a playing of "The Importance of Being Ernest" in August. Parking can be a bit tight on the local streets, so I recommend arriving a bit early and maybe having a drink (or a meal?) at a local pub before heading to the theatre. The main theatre is large, but not too big, and you get a... More

I am a regular who receives seasonal tickets. I love the playhouse located peacefully on the waterfront. The washrooms decorated with stunning 18 century props, friendly staff & amazing shows.

I always get season tickets for the Playhouse. Entertainment is excellent and the actors and actresses are very good. The Playhouse is within walking distance of several good restaurants and is well worth visiting.

We had reservation for two seats we bought from the Internet. My wife and I decided to walk to the theatre in the morning and see if we can exchange our seats for better seats. The young lady at the box office was nice and kind. We got two better seats on the second row. The play was very well... More

Our trip to the 1000 Islands this year included a visit to the Thousand Islands Playhouse. The Importance of Being Ernest was presented and I do believe this production was one of the best we have seen. The actors invited you to join with Aunt Agatha! You were there! They were rewarded with a standing ovation - well deserved. The... More
