It's simply beautiful. The paths are nice, which I appreciate. The beach view is great. It is THE place for an invigorating morning walk.

Beautiful trails through the forest reminded me of another world and lead to the beach for a good hike in this nature park.

Trails are well-kept. Easily maneuverable. Not too many steep slopes. Beautiful scenery. Just loved the way you can let go of the day's stress by being in the "city" forest!

There are a number of trails. We did the 3 plus kilometre beach loop. The path is easy to walk. The only real elevation comes as you head down and the climb up from the beach. The forest is lush. Ferns blanket the forest floor....More

Nice walking paths with access to the rocky beach. There are different paths that lead down to the beach, some more steep than others. The one furthest south, closest to the residences offers an easier climb up from the beach. Beautiful scenery.

This is a lovely trail that follows the ocean. Kids enjoyed it, some moderate hills back up from the ocean, but nothing too challenging. Dogs welcome on leash.

Nice forest walks and a beach to relax on too. Love walking here. You can take a short walk or wind through the trails a bit more for a longer walk

First we did coupland loop to the beach, hike down to beach steep and moderately strenous. I don't think it was the Don apps trail. Saw some seals at beach. Second we took the swamp loop to Meldas Marsh. Nice walk along some small streams....More
