Even tough it rained quiet a bit the day we visited we still could enjoy the views over Revelstoke. At the top we followed the First Footsteps Trail, a short but fun trail to do. Very convenient given the weather conditions.

Fabulous National Park located with entrance at the City of Revelstoke offers incredible natural beauty. Snow on the top restricted roads access. Good place for hiking and photography as well as mountain biking. Good trails. Park pass required.

It is not often you can start a hike at the summit of a mountain but this is one jewel in the glittering sky of Canadas’ National Parks. Hiked out along the trail leading to Eva Lake under a lowering cloud a bit late in...More

Hiked Summit Trail from parking lot to Eva Lake, a fairly demanding 14 km. round-trip through healthy forest and charming meadows to a nice lake w/emergency log cabin and outhouse. Pikas and ground squirrels running across trail nearly underfoot, plus copious pile of bear scat...More

We enjoyed seeing Rvelstoke National Park. The weather wasn't great on the day we went but we still enjoyed seeing the park and walking some of the trails.

We drove up to The Summit and took the shuttle to the very top. Great hikes at The Summit and the wild flowers were abundant. The smoky atmosphere did not offer the views The Summit is known for, but the wild flowers made up for...More

Almost certainly. However, this is a fairly high altitude location, so the weather can be unpredictable. Early snow is always a possibility, but even with light snow the trails will still be open. Make sure you are geared up... More

By the way I recommend you bring bug spray. We had it and had no problems but saw many people without and it was a problem.
