The person at the Car rental place told me about Shannon Falls. So glad he did. The distance from town was I think around 50 Miles (80 Kilometers) away. Beautiful drive. Reminds me of Home (Alaska). The trail was easy and short. Good for families...More
Shannon falls provincial park is a tranquil place to visit. Not too crowded and can easily be enjoyed by everyone. I like that the stream flowing is very clear. Just be very careful when you go down the stream - slippery. There is a trail...More
This park is a short way from Squamish on the Whistler Highway. The timing of our visit could not have been better. Water was gushing down the falls for more than 1,000 feet. There is an excellent lookout for views, pictures.
