A little pill known by "Dodd's Kidney Pill" was created by the owner of the Fullford's place. Return to the past and learn about our rich history in this beautiful part of the 1000 Islands.

A tour through this wonderful old home has you imagining how they levied here, and It does feel like a home. Interested and well informed guides really tell the story of the home and it's family.

Had a wonderful tour of this mansion all through the rooms getting the history on each. Beautifully kept . A walk through time. Makes my books come alive. Enjoyed high tea on patio during the summer.

Minutes from downtown Brockville. Interesting house. Good story. Do the Brockville Ghost Walk first, if possible. The Fulford Place tour hints at a ghost story but you'll more on the ghost walk.

Thank you for your review. Our guides are able to tell ghost stories on the tour, but most do not make them a centre-piece. If visitors are particularly interested they should be sure to ask their guide at the start of the tour to be sure to include a few. The Ghost Walk is a great way to delve deeper... More

It's a very beautiful big house of self- made millionaire George Fulford. There is a lot of old furnished rooms. Everything is nice and well kept. You can easily imaging the life of the Senator and his family in this house. The tours in English start every hour, they also have tours in French at particular time (11-15, I believe).... More

As we started our tour in the kitchen/laundry areas, we were reminded of the TV series - Downton Abbey series. Our young tour guide was very thorough in her delivery and was not side tracked by our frequent questions. The interior is well preserved given the enormous size of the home. Ever heard of the "little pink pill" or Dodds... More
