The museum is not only located within a very historic 1873 train station, but unlike most other museums, is situated on a parcel of nicely landscaped parkland, with plenty of convenient free parking and lots of nicely landscaped outdoors area in which to roam around....More

The museum is very nice, it's small and you can go through it in under 30 minutes. Entrance is by donation, worth a quick trip.

There are many books here for sale on the history of this area. It us just a block over from the main st. A great place to stop too if your hot from walking around the Elvis festival. Nice bathroom and lots of info books....More

Tells the story of shipbuilding in Collingwood. On display is a fascinating painting of a shipwreck. Great way to spend some time.

This beautiful spot is a jewel in the crown! There is a wonderful trail, lookout points across Georgian Bay with vistas like no other. There are plenty of spotlessly clean washrooms. Lots of lovely seating and picnic tables dotted all around where you can take...More

The purpose of this Museum is to display the town’s history to educate visitors to the town. Reasonable with voluntary customer contributions instead of tickets. Friendly helpful staff
