I took the time to visit during their tree exhibit , it was interesting to see the trees change over time. The gallery shop was open , the prices were so fair. People in the community gave lovey pieces to share and so the prices are very fair, all proceeds go back to this venue.

The museum is one of Newmarkets hidden gems. We have a rich history in Newmarket and its all on display at the Eman W Campbell Museum. If you haven't been you should go.

Went with my kids, 3 and 10yrs old and niece 14yrs old, they really enjoyed the trip. They asked a lot of questions and were very engaged. We will be making this a yearly visit for the family! And it's FREE!

What a lovely stroll through the history of Newmarket and area. We entered by the front door and were greeted by enthusiastic guides. Jim Nuttall showed us around taking pirticular pride in the Scouting exhibit. The building had a great history too. A fun hour or so.

We have been here many times with different youth groups, and it is always good the first time you go. Lots of kids activities, trying on period hats, some vintage toys to try but they get bored looking at same displays every year so we started going every other year instead. For adults, it is always interesting to read the... More

I have been many times and found their displays very good and the staff very helpful. It is so nice to have it in a historic building as well. I live in Bradford and I visit it after a lunch , trying to see it at different seasons.

We visited with our young son. The museum is mall but full of artifacts from olde Newmarket. A guide walked us though and was very friendly and informative. Our son especially liked playing with the old fashioned toys. They offer interesting workshops for kids at certain holidays. I definitely recommend a visit.
