No beach, no swimming, does have a small splash pad. Well maintained, lots of east parking. Seating scattered around the park and by splash pad. It does have picnic tables, and washrooms.

We visited Kelso Beach Park Owen Sound after our tour of the Georgian Bluffs daytripping Ontario summer 2018. Lovely views of the Bay and Marina nearby. Picnic benches weren't in great shape a little wonky and covered in bird muck, they actually cut up 5...More

Beautiful picturesque spot on the bay, wonderful playground for kids, splash pad, shallow beach area. A trail winds through and beyond, perfect for runners, walkers and cyclists. Sunsets are amazing.

Went to the park with my grandchildren. While the bay is not accessible, they children love the splash pad and attend the park frequently. Lots of birds to watch. Also the site of many great festivals such as summerfest and ribfest.
