I've been to this museum several times and have always enjoyed it. I often bring friends and family when they come to visit. Best to visit during the late spring, summer or early fall as there is an outdoor exhibit of planes.

This is an excellent place to see Canada's aviation history, with many exhibits of aircraft and military displays. Great for all ages to learn about Canada's rich military and aviation past, contributions and heroes

admission is "free" until late February 2017, but the museum is run on donations, all the Workers there are voulenteers, so it would be uncouth to not offer some monetary appreciation

Yes- Entry by donation. Throw a 10 or 20 in. People donate their time to make it what it is.
