This mall is dull, let alone some stores are run by non professionals. this mall is a public environment with nothing in it. As well as many of what families needs this mall lacks. most of the local community has to travel outside of town just to find what they are looking for. seaway mall would benefit as a one... More

This mall has the good and the bad. It has not kept with the times. If you hang been there in ten years, you would think you took a trip back in time. There is a big turn over of stores, but it seems only the names change. The good is, due to this it never is busy or crowded.

Start off with plenty of parking and lots of handicap ramps. Once inside to mall has the usual array of stores and a very fine food court that offers a wide variety of tastes. Good mall maps are located so you can find where you are going except the closing and re opening of stores are quicker then the maps... More

I grew up in this area and remember when this Mall was the hub of activity for the area. Although a lot of the major department stores have left the Centre there is still great promise with lots of specialty stores and the addition of the Hart Store. The food court is sadly lacking with few choices but with lots... More

This local mall attracts quite a lot of customers, even though that their competition is Walmart. The mall has numerous stores, from clothing, shoes, electronics, food, medicine, books, travel gear and many more. There are several fast food restaurants at the food court and there too I noticed quite a lot of customers. It even has two banks and a... More

Seaway Mall outside every Monday now have a Farmers Market. Only problem that I saw was yep.! Guess who was at the Market. The same person who broke my finger. The vendors are very nice and I recommend going and hope they have more fruits and vegetables for later and more vendors would be nice.

If you're looking for a mall that looks like the zombie apocalypse hit.... just come here. With every other store closed and little to no care to get new business in, this place is the happening place for all of wellands geriatrics

Very poor mall limited stores mainly very low end stores I do not believe I have played purchased at that mall since Target left , very sad estate for a mall or the largest mall in Welland.Consider going to pen center in St Catharines

Not as bad as Niagara Square, though that doesn't say much.. It's unfortunate how sloppy this mall has become. If it weren't for the Coles inside I would never go.
