Near the parks and wildlife shop is a short walk around a very pretty lake. Took some lovely photos and even caught a little chipmunk on video. The reflections on the lake were really picturesque.

We stayed in Hinton mainly to visit Jasper but found that Hinton itself had a lot to offer, this park being one of the main attractions. It offers beautiful views, walks and lakes. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to explore all there was on...More

The whole park is nice. Camping, boating, swimming. Fishing is not very good. Jarvis Lake is deep and cold and connected to Kelly's bathtub

A great place to explore the wetlands, listen to the song birds and generally be at peace while kayaking or canoeing Jarvis Creek.

Quiet getaway with spacious, scenic lots with full hook-ups in the foothills forest. Easy access on a scenic drive north from the Yellowhead.
