Came right at opening, 9:00am, on a Monday in January; probably the quietest time of the year. Sure enough I was the only one there... and Janine, the manager. Large, airy, spacious, modern architecture with a perfect location at the intersection of Hwys 97 &3. Parking available although I would imagine at the height of tourist season, parking may be... Very informative and plenty of information for the province of B.C. Very well situated and bright on the inside. Plenty of parking.

Arrived here about 2 minutes before closing, expecting that staff would probably be very brisk and wanting to close up. Instead they were extremely helpful, trying to find us a place to stay, recommending an excellent restaurant, and suggesting activities for the next day, which we also enjoyed and would probably not have done without their suggestion. Their input greatly... More

Great advice and help booking our next accomodation 3 hours drive away. Janine was very helpful but I got the impression if I'd been helped by the other staff that we would still have been well looked after. Job well done!

Somebody wasted a lot of money building this thing. Excessively elaborate, I've yet to be tempted to set foot inside. Its right next to a dilapidated truck stop, complete with derelict restaurant.

We popped in to the Visitors Center to pick up some maps and ideas of what to do, where to go in the area. The guides were very helpful and we left with an armful of great suggestions including Spotted Lake, Nk'Mip Cultural Center, Hop on Hop off Wine Tours, area lakes and tours and more wineries!

I stopped here to getr information in the area. The staff at this information center are very friendly and helpful. When they did not have the answeres themselves they asked the other staff for help and were able to give me all the information about places to visit and times that they would be open.

Hard to spot, since it doesn't resemble the often humble Visitors Centres in other places. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff with helpful handouts, maps, and guides.
