Even if they charged some sort of admission fee, this would be worth the visit. When it's free, it's "can't miss". This is a lovely park nestled near neighborhoods. The suspension bridge seems to be the big lure as the free alternative to Capilano, but if you're coming just for that, you might be disappointed. Take advantage of the short... More

This place was one of my favorite activities of our entire trip. The hiking and water views are GORGEOUS. If you are a hiker, don't miss it. I only had time for the Twin Falls Trail and the 30 Foot Pool Trail. I desperately wanted more time and my swimsuit!

Great day swimming, fly-fishing is poor. Lot of hiking, and not many pools o fish in. Great scenery though

We spent an afternoon in the Park. Very relaxing, not busy when we were there, lots of trails to walk. Found the Suspension Bridge a great experience - I don't normally do heights comfortably ! Lots of areas to escape into the shade, as it was 30 degrees when we were there last month. Parking was easy, and the Toilets... More

This place is so great - both with or without kids. Lots of people would g to Capilano, because it's highly advertised in the city, but this place is SOOOOOO much better: First of all it's free - both the parking and the suspension bridge. If you walk for about 15 minutes the the forest - which is great in... More

I visited Lynn Canyon in 2011. It has the most perfect grove, with crystal blue water. I recommend visiting it in the summer months, when you can also take a dip in the waters. However, beware. They are extremely cold. Anyway, The suspension bridge is smaller than Capillano's but worth the visit. Also, it's free. It took me a while... More

I enjoyed hiking in Lynn Canyon Park so much! There was a suspension bridge, which was free. I didn't go to the famous Capilano Suspention Bridge which you meed to pay over $30. Many locals say Lynn Canyon is as good as Capilano, so I think I made a good choice.

Just a neat experience. The suspension bridge was cool & then the trek to the pools was not too bad. Was nice to see & experience.

Lucky Vancouverites go to Lynn Canyon and dip their feet in the river. Many of the Vancouverites do not own an air conditioner. Three or four extra hot days take us to Lynn Canyon and have a picnic there. Cool and fresh air, no washing dishes... this place is an Eden in summer. We used to take our dog (now... More
