I went to Grouse when I was in town last year, but we went to Seymour this time. Great idea! The snow was nice, after the fog lifted, the park was fun. Tons of transition around to jump off of things and just take fun cruisers. Park is cool and rolly too.

I've been there tons of times, great deals for ski passes and awesome snow all the winter. the ski domain is indeed limited, but there's a lot of backcountry and funny trees tracks to do, especially if you are free rider, or just love getting out of the slopes sometimes.

Our kids enjoyed skiing so much at Whistler that we bought them another 3 days pass for our stay in Vancouver. They had a great time and enjoyed the terrain park.

We tried to hike Dog Mountain at Mount Seymour but NO PARKING!!! We ended up going to the conservation area and hiked the Juryn trail. It was sunny but very slippery going downhill. Fell a couple of times! Definitely needed cramp ons.

It is wonderful to snow tube at Mount Seymour. The view is breathtaking and there is tubing and tobogganing for younger kids. Get there early to ensure parking spots by the tubing place. We got there about 30 minutes or even earlier sometimes before it opens (open at 10am). The line up to the hill is long (at least 20... More

It's not worth it. Drive to Cypress Mountain instead. You can inexplicably find yourself stuck in traffic on the Mount Seymour Parkway for over an hour for a "tire check". The tobogganing when you do arrive is very crowded, 3 runs all the same, and gets shut down at 4pm. Yesterday, deciding to take our 5 year old tobboganing, we... More

Today I went for my first snowshoeing experience in Mt. Seymour, and it was amazing! I took the two-hour Discovery Trail that is offered by the resort. Our tour guide, Aaron, was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. During the tour, we heard about the wildlife and nature in the area. There is lots of snow up there and... More

After visiting some relatives who lived in the Mount Seymour area, we drove up Mount Seymour on Mount Seymour Road. The trees in this area are very tall and you can see where Emily Carr got her inspiration. I was impressed with just how beautiful the forest is in this area. Near the top, we parked at a lookout and... More

Very well organised, hired all our equipment in no time. This was my first time on the mountain and loved every minute of it. The various routes are easy to follow and vary in length.
