Very interesting, and free entry this year, to see the history of the canning industry and the workers back 100 years ago. Worth the visit.

An excellent little museum, telling the story of fishing and processing. A guided tour gives very interesting information, but we found the guide just a little bit over the top.

The Gulf of Georgia Cannery gives you an in-depth perspective of not only the fishing industry but the live and times of Steveston and it's cultural diversity and challenges, told through an interesting combination of actor's, film and narrative...history brought alive.
