Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed the World Cup match here for Vietnam vs. USA. The venue is clean and the concessions are well organized and quick. If you see a line for a bathroom or concession you can walk another 20 feet and find one that isn't.

The staff are superb here and very approachable. The way they handled the crowds was impressive and we felt very safe while here.

Getting here is easy and they had exclusive free transit running between Britomart and Kingsford stations with the train before and after the match we attended.

One tip for this venue is that if the ticket says obstructed view, they mean it. We bought with the obstructed view in section 321 because it was cheap but we were behind the player benches and our seats were right beside the player tunnel!

We hope to be back one day for a rugby match!

Went to many of the Women's World Cup games, the seats were easy to find and the staff were helpful. We got cheap nosebleed tickets and could still see all the action. The downside was the overpriced and lukewarm food options - the Eden Park usual food vendors sucked compared to the external food trucks near gate A. On the bright side, the fact that public transport is free with the ticket for world cup games and concerts I've been to at Eden Park is a huge bonus (if only Auckland Transport wasn't so useless).

We wanted to take in the NZ National sport of Rugby, so went to Eden Park to watch the Auckland 'Blues' plat a game. The stadium was easy to navigate, the concessions and bathrooms were fine. It was a beautiful evening and we all had a terrific time. Parking was difficult as we drove and didn't get there very early to find a place. We did not do a tour.

Went to the Billy Joel concert 3 December, terrible sound quality and some songs were unintelligible couldn’t hear the words, the echoing was like a bad school PA system. All the stadium should of been checked for sound distribution. Seemed to be the lower range was the worse. Not Billy Joel’s fault just the venue didn’t come up to a good standard so that everyone had a good experience.

On a visit to New Zealand if the all blacks are home is a must. And to visit the national stadium at the same time it doesn’t get much better. I’ve been to a few stadiums over the world and this one is awesome. When it’s full on a rainy day and everyone is cheering this is just amazing. It makes for a great experience. Well done all blacks on my visit 42/ 10. Great game.

We absolutely enjoyed this tour. Went with our son who is an absolute Crusader fan and there was plenty of friendly banter. Saw everything, amazing tour guide with so many stories. Well worth doing.

Home stadium of world number one All Blacks not far from Mt.Eden.
Actually, I walked up to mt Eden down the mountain then walked down there with google map. 40-60minutes walk, I recall?

The stadium is located in the local residential area, quiet and calm when I visited, no games, no stadium tour.
Only Maori Statute welcomed me, yet enjoyed the atmosphere of the stadium.
(The AB was playing bronze final against Wales in Tokyo..)
throughout my stay in Auckland,
I learned how poplular the sport is in NZ unlike in Japan.

We went for a tour round Eden Park as Rugby Fans and it was really good. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. You were told about the history of the ground and information about Rugby and Cricket.
