Bramhall Hall is an interesting place. There is a nice cafe there with enough of a choice to cater for a wide range of tastes. I enjoyed the spicy falafel wrap. Although the cafe was busy we found a space and there plenty of staff to ensure the tables were clean and we were served promptly. After lunch it took... More

My 11 year old brother who has ADHD thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Bramhall house, he was very interested in how the people lived, what the rooms looked like and the general history about the tutors. I also took my nephew who is 1 1/2 who enjoyed running around in the grounds and playing on the small park. It was... More

It's lovely home cooked food at very reasonable rates. Absolutely lovely lunch, very pleasant setting. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Good service! I had forgotten what that was like. Seats could use some cushions though. This place is definitely worth a visit.

There are a lot of really interesting features in his house and if you were to go too fast through the rooms you would miss some really interesting information or pieces. There was a large tour group going around with a guide at a very slow pace. I skipped ahead of them and found I could play all the videos... More

The restoration has been excellent and it is fascinating to hear the work and skills that were required. A historic place I have visited many times over the years and learnt a considerable amount about it so was slightly dissapointed that the tour inforamtion was really very limited and could be further developed, but for the first timer it is... We took an American teenager and he was so surprised and impressed with the place. Totally surprised by its history. The gentleman who gave us the tour was so knowledgable and catered the tour well for our young visitor
