On Wednesday 14th February 2024 somebody used my card fraudulently to purchased a $100 Gift Certificate so I called them on Friday 23rd February 2024 and I spoke to a manager to explain with had happened but he refused to help me and he was extremely rude and abusive to me so I would definitely avoid this place.

An absoute favourite, my daughter and I try to go at least once a year, well worth paying for the spa dreaming centre as it gets so busy in the main section, had a wonderful massage and a superb lunch - cant wait to go back!

What an amazing place, staff were very helpful and fun to be around. When you arrive you have not idea what is happening inside, but as you walk around you are enchanted by all the difference areas and pools. You have no idea how many people are there as the path to all the areas just flow and you can always find a quiet space. As well as hot spring pools they are hammocks, sensory pods (must try) and so much more, I have been twice and every time I find a new hidden treasure. Next time I will try the Glamping. This is truly well thought out and planned for the ultime expérience.

Moonlit bathing in the Spa Dreaming Centre is wonderful. 10pm til 2am with a limited number of people...Could only access 9 pools but was way better than being out in crowds with kids running around.
Beautiful setting, friendly staff (and ring tailed possums).
Was so relaxing - will definitely be back!

I honestly thought this would be a relaxing way to spend my morning, however NO!
Kids screaming and splashing around and dirty, chlorinated baths. If you want to relax, head to the beach 5 minutes down the road.
This place is a children's waterpark and not the tranquil experience they advertise it as.

Dear Kaitlin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent visit with us. School holidays tend to be the most popular and busiest time of the year for us, attracting a higher number of guests, including families with children. If you prefer a quieter bathing experience, we highly recommend considering a visit during our off-peak periods, which are typically less crowded. During off-peak times, you'll have more space to unwind and fully enjoy our facilities. It's the perfect way to immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance and make the most of your time at Peninsula Hot Springs. Ensuring the quality of our water is a top priority for us. Although we add a minimal amount of chlorine to the natural geothermal springs to adhere to recommended Public Health & Safety regulations, our Pool Attendants rigorously monitor this through hourly testing of each pool. Additionally, it's crucial to highlight that fresh mineral water continuously flows through the pools throughout the day. Over a 3-hour period, the entirety of each pool is replenished with fresh water. We hope to be able to welcome you back to Peninsula Hot Springs for a more relaxed visit soon. Warm Regards, Peninsula Hot Springs

I planned a trip for one of my participants who is in a wheelchair for a few months prior to going. I rang and spoke with someone to confirm he would be able to access the pools, or at least some of them. The receptionist said there over 70 pools and sites to experience with around 40 that he could access in a wheelchair. I rang again to confirm this information the week before and was told the same thing.
This was not the case. He could only access 1 pool. Only one pool with a ramp, everything else has stairs. The signage is poor as well, saying disability accessible but then there would be stairs. It was very disappointing.
DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, ESPECIALLY IN A WHEELCHAIR

Peninsula Hot Springs - HONOUR YOUR GIFT VOUCHERS. People bought gift vouchers in good faith and you have have refused to honour them. You have stolen their money, disappointed and upset them, made them feel ripped off. So upset two groups at once, the person who bought it and the people who can’t go, so the word will grow that you don’t honour vouchers. This is not a business who cares about people. I don’t want to hear your rubbish response about your ridiculous policies. You have done the wrong thing by people and you need to make it right. If you don’t, it shows you’re only interested in profit and do not care about your customers. Everyone look up Deep blue hot springs in Warranambool, they don’t use chlorinated water like these fools. They care, they understand and most importantly want you to come back with an amazing experience. Don’t fooled into thinking it’s all peninsula chlorinated hot springs is all natural at this profit making resort, they will give some rubbish response to this as well, saying it’s for your safety. They have incurred my wrath and will never recommend or encourage people to go there. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Very angry, upset, disappointed, disgruntled and just plain furious. Please do jut respond to my review, your words are shallow. Your nothing to me.

My partner booked a package for 2. The package for 2 ended up being the 2 of us with other groups of people doing Activites and left no time for us to bond. Activites ranged from 30 mins to an hour and half of the activity was spent in doing meditation excercises with the same coach for each activity.

"natural mineral enriched waters" is a funny way of saying chlorinated bore water.

There were kids everywhere, and the venue was crowded which left us waiting prolonged periods of time for showers, saunas, plunge pools and other features of the venue.

We were told bookings were essential but it appeared that anyone could walk in off the street and get in for the day, much like a public pool. The venue is clearly more interested in profits than the wellbeing experience they advertise and portray on their website and advertising.

Food included in the package was extremely bland. Chia pudding, cheap trail mix a quinoa salad made of lettuce and quinoa and a dry bland muffin are not what I would call lunch.

Overall would not recommend to anyone looking for an escape and definitely would not travel over 10 hours to visit again.

Dear James, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent visit to Peninsula Hot Springs. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your honest insights. Our geothermal water is sourced from a depth of 637 meters below the Earth's surface, rich in healing minerals such as Boron, Magnesium, Potassium, and Sodium. Emerging from a filtration hot spring estimated to have existed deep within the earth for over 10,000 years, our water qualifies as a 'true mineral spring.' While we add a minimal amount of chlorine to comply with recommended Public Health & Safety regulations, we rigorously monitor this through hourly testing of every pool. School holidays often bring an influx of visitors, including families. We continually strive to maintain an optimal guest-to-space ratio to ensure that everyone can fully appreciate our facilities. Bookings are essential to regulate our capacity limits, especially during these peak times. Thank you for choosing Peninsula Hot Springs, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an improved experience in the future. Warm regards, Peninsula Hot Springs
