    AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
A fantastic day! Well worth the trip. Not only close encounters with snakes, lizards & butterflies, but feeding the sharks and getting in the water with the stingrays and eels added to an amazing experience. The staff made the day, being so welcoming and friendly with a wealth of information and knowledge. Rachel, you're a gem!!!

    I’m glad we visited.
My wife & I came here by chance & we both walked away happy with our visit, which lasted 90 minutes. We can relate to the negative reviews, however from our standpoint we enjoyed it for what it is - a good opportunity to get up close & personal with butterflies, rays & sharks. The staff were friendly & answered all our questions.

Hands on encounters and friendly, knowledgeable staff
Took my 3 boys ages 3, 6 & 8 and we all had a blast! Including lunch in the underwater cafe and butterfly house we stayed over 3 hours. The boys loved being able to interact with the animals and have Jason walk around with reptiles kept the day varied and interesting. As we’re only an hour away, we’ll def make use of the annual pass!

Interesting but could be so much better.
Positives: Very interactive; you can touch the sharks and rays, as well as a variety of reptiles. Negatives: Lacks atmosphere, blaring 80s music the whole time and a lot of focus on food sales (human food) than explaining to you what they have there. Staff need more enthusiasm for the place.

Fabulous day out. We fed, touched and admired the fish and other creatures. Delicious lunch included in our ticket price. The staff are amazing. Especially Lily who is just the best host.

Very disappointing visit. Cost close to $400 for a family of 5. They asked if we wanted the combo which included a butterfly encounter, there was one butterfly! Was then told to write a good review so we could feed the turtles, we were given one piece of food and the guide disappeared.

We went with our family of 4 plus some extended family. It was great being able to touch the Stingrays and Sharks etc but overall for the price it was really disappointing ($170 for a family of 4 including the butterfly section) one child was under 3 so he wasn't even charged entry.

If you gave a five star review you would get free food to feed the rays/turtles etc & this didn't sit well with us at all especially after paying so much for entry.

Despite this, the experience was pretty disappointing... There were only 3 Butterfly's we saw in the Butterfly area (which wasn't very big), the meal that was included was literally a hot dog with a few extra toppings plus a muffin & a drink... Hot dog tasted nice but the experience & food for us simply wasn't worth the cost of entry unfortunately.

Lovely staff, couldn't say anything bad about them individually but overall it was very unorganised, over priced & underwhelming..

Not good value for money as the premises are very run down and in dirty condition. You get a drink and something to eat but the menu, what is there is of poor quality, and only a disgusting coffee machine was there for hot drinks. Milk was off in the fridge. Nothing about this place would warrant visiting. To top it off it is extremely expensive to get in.
We had not been here before, so after driving for nearly 2 hours to get there and promising the children to see sharks and rays, you can imagine the disappointment when we got there.

So glad we visited! Well worth the trip. My daughters spent just over an hour in the butterfly room alone. There were so many butterflies which landed on the visitors. Truly magical.

What a great place to spend a couple of hours. We (2 adults, 2 kids) all enjoyed it. The staff are super friendly and helpful and there are lots of animals to see and touch.
We did the combo and are so glad we did.
Highly recommend.
