Simply the best clay ground I have been to, well priced good facilities and extremely help full staff, decent sandwiches and coffee to boot.

Paid for a group of 5 male relatives to attend Kelbrook Shooting School on 4th January as a Christmas present. They tell me they had a brilliant afternoon, really enjoyed it, and intend to go again during the summer.

Went as a party of 9 for an afternoons shooting,fantastic shoot at a nice layout with some great instructors ,even one of our shooters who had been shooting years learnt some new things.we will definitely be returning soon

Rough and ready . decent walk up there from kelbrook village , nice for a bacon buttie and a brew. Cheerful punters and great helpful staff .

As you go up the hill it's decent Tarmac, but very narrow. Literally single car width. As you turn off to the school it's gravel and a little bumpy but my car with lowered sports suspension manages well. I've seen cars with... More

Age would not be a problem at Kelbrook. Only consideration is fitness of shooter and ability to hold a gun. Perhaps a smaller bore, say 28 bore, would be more suitable. In every case, this place will certainly make you... More
