We bought this excursion for our friends who were celebrating their honeymoon in Capri. The host were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with ahead of the excursion to ensure a smooth experience for our friends. Our friends raved about this experience and hope to return again in the future! It was one of the highlights of their trip and I am so glad we chose this option for them. Highly recommend this excursion!

There are no words to describe the day we had here but I’ll try. Perfect day, the school layout was beautiful , food was amazing and Holly and Gianluca are a sheer joy to spend time with.

This was the Absolute highlight of our trip. Holly and Gianluca are wonderful hosts and we loved spending time in their garden. We learned so much more about Capri and the local food and we could’ve ever have found out on her own. The wine, olive oil, and food was spectacular! One of the best nights of our lives! Everyone who visits Capri hast to go!

I wish I could give Gianluca and Holly more than just five stars for the incredible private degustation dinner we enjoyed in their lovely garden. They picked up our party of four at our hotel and drove us up to their place in Anacapri. We enjoyed cocktails as Holly toured us through their garden, and then we noshed on assorted antipasti while Gianluca cooked and Holly regaled us with stories of their life on Capri. Once we were seated we enjoyed course and course of delicious local food with pairings of their wines which were very good! The meal ended with two dessert courses and, of course, Holly's yummy homemade limoncello. It was such a fun, tasty, and special evening, and we were truly blown away by their hospitality. 100% recommend this experience!

This was the highlight of our trip to Capri! My husband and I have been to the island many times and this by far one of the must to do things! Holly and Gianluca are so warm and inviting… and their garden is remarkable! I wish I would have known about their cooking classes when we got married on the island last year! It is a great group activity as well! Thank you for the amazing experience and memories. We will be back!

This was easily one of our favorite nights ever! My wife wanted to do a cooking class and found this on-line. We were initially reluctant b/c they only had 2 reviews (we later learned that they had previously owned a restaurant and had lots of amazing reviews). Holly was extremely responsive before we arrived in Italy. Holly, who is from Australian, and Gianluca, her husband, who among other things is an amazing chef, picked us up at our hotel and immediately made us feel super comfortable. In fact, we were there on Gianluca's birthday. We repeatedly asked our hosts to eat w/us but they wanted us to have our own experience. They have an amazing outdoor set up compete w/restaurant-quality kitchen, countertop to congregate and cook, large table, wine cabinet, music, etc. We sipped prosecco while we ate some apps. We then picked vegetables from their garden before making (w/Giancarlo taking the lead/doing all of the hard work) pasta, pesto sauce, zuchini parmesan, and a cake. Everything was delicious and I don't typically even eat pesto or zuchini. Holly and Gianluca also poured us lots of amazing wine before driving us back to our hotel. We feel like we made friends and are hoping to come back next summer with a group of friends/family.

We have done cooking classes all around the world and this is one best. We have stayed at the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Caesar Augustus (in Capri). We celebrated our 10 year anniversary…it was a wonderful experience. The food is the best in Capri. The atmosphere is incredible. Don’t hesitate and book this one of a kind experience.

One of the most memorable evenings of our vacation! We have been long time fans of Gianluca and Holly. They picked us up from our hotel in Capri and brought us to their magical beautiful garden where we were given a tour of all of the fruits and vegetables that they grow. We were treated with lemonchello spritz's on arrival and served several mouthwatering appetizers and then sat down to a four course meal of different seafoods from Cod fish fritters, shrimp, clam and mussel pasta followed by a fresh sea bream whole fish stuffed with herbs and veggies. There were four or five different olive oils to sample and several wines to pair with our dinner. We finished off the evening with two amazing caprese tortes and gelato.
Gianluca is a talented chef and Holly is the ultimate hostess! We spent hours learning what it is like to live on Anacapri. We have purchased olive oils and their jars of tomatoes during lock down. I cannot say enough about having a special private meal for my husband and myself.

We had so many magical moments on our trip to Italy, but this one…oh boy. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in a magical setting high on Anicapri with the lovely Holly and Gianluca. We were picked up in Capri and swept up to their family farm which had a lovely outdoor setting surrounded by their vegetable and fruit farm. Gianluca, along with being a master driver (If you know, you know). he is also a master chef. We enjoyed plate after plate of local delicacies and delicious wines all curated for the evening. Holly provided such lovely overview of the history of the island and and the farm as well as making sure my family enjoyed every second. They even celebrated my son with a special surprise for his recent graduation. Food was eaten, memories were made and we will be back. Holly…look for us in the winter!
