We had a great day out at the treetop challenge. My 9 year old son wasnt tall enough to do the last 2 challenges but we actually didnt have time in the end.

I only completed the 2 beginner courses and found them exhausting, terrifying (not a big fan of heights) and fun. Hubby and son also did the red course which they enjoyed.

You do need a moderate level of fitness and strength-even for the beginner courses. I was sore in the arms for a few days afterwards.

The staff we interacted with were great, really helpful. The kitting up and safety briefing does take a while (about 40 mins) so its worth been aware of this.

I would recommend booking the earliest time possible if you are wanting to do all of the courses. We arrived at 1130 and only had time to do the green, purple x2 and red course before the park closed. A few things impacted on this. It was busy so there were queues for each course-husband and son waited about 40 mins in line for the red course.

Then when you are on the course if there are slow/scared/young etc people ahead of you this can really slow things down. I struggled on one of the activities and was very aware that I was causing a traffic jam. It would be great if they could implement some way of safe overtaking or rest spots half way through each course. I witnessed one little boy get completely freaked out mid way through the red course, he was with one parent who was behind him trying to coax him along. He was crying and wanting to come down. The staff member who came over (on the ground) told him there was no way to get him down and he needed to keep going. She asked if he wanted her to go help him a few times but didnt end up going up. It was great that he managed to achieve the course but it meant about a 20 minute wait for everyone else on the course whilst he crossed one activity.

The other thing to be aware of is there is no food available. For those there for a full day I would recommend taking some food and even just leaving it in your car to get during the day as needed. There is a cafe next door at the big pineapple.

Fantastic time with family and friends. We had a group of 8 children and the staff were fabulous. One staff member had the super power of remembering every single child’s name and referred to them by their name for the whole session. The entire team at the children’s tree top area cannot be praised enough for their interactions, friendliness and professionalism.

Took our 6y/o and 4y/o to do the Juniors circuit on father's day and they had a blast. The young lads running the show that day were absolute legends, they made our little ones feel super confident and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves and having a laugh!!
They were also very understanding when our little guy missed the net a few times!
They do need to maintain the toilets/bathrooms though, given that’s the first place you go as you have to do it before harnessing up.

We have done this in Tasmania last year and loved it. So knowing they were on the Sunshine Coast, we signed up to do it again this year. The big issue is that we only had enough time to do 2 courses out of a possible 6 because of the amount of people they booked in for the session. Clearly money comes before the quality of the time they provide the customers. Everyone had to do one of the beginners courses before moving onto another course. Due to the amount of people booked in for the session, we waited 40 minutes to get onto the first course, then multiple waiting periods throughout the course for the people in front, then again at the next course. Once we finished the second course, we were told that due to the amount of time people were taking to finish, they had to shut it down as the next sessions was due to commence. What a joke. You hand over your well earned money only to find that they book in so many people that only results in major waiting times and minimal exposure to the course. Whilst the course itself is very good (for the 2 we got to go on), it is obvious their business model is more focused on numbers that result in dollars than allowing those paying to participate in more than 2 of the 6 available courses. Not very happy.

Absolutely brilliant activity for families and a MUST DO on the Sunshine Coast! We visited with our 8 year old, with the intention of completing the Junior Challenge (Age 3 to 9) . After the safety briefing was completed, he set out to start the challenge and completely froze on the platform of the practice zip line. The staff were absolutely amazing and so patient with our nervous son. After a good 10 minutes of building his trust, he set out down the practice zip line. A big smile was on his face with adrenaline pumping through his veins and he was set and raring to go in conquering the adults challenge. We spent a memorable 3 epic hours completing the 2 x beginner courses and 1 x intermediate course surrounded by the beautiful canopy of trees. There is plenty of shade, viewing platforms and walkways to take photos, along with the presence of all the super friendly and helpful staff walking around the park. You guys rock and have a very well kept facility. We can’t wait to come back.

Staff are great and the courses were a lot of fun. My only complaint would be the time to line up for every course. We were there for 4 hours and were only able to complete 3 courses. Most courses had a wait time of at least 30 minutes. It was school holidays but maybe they shouldn't let so many people in at once. Definitely book an early time so you have time for all the courses.

Well worth the price of admission. A great way for the family to spend time together- it brought the best out in a tween and teen who normally argue not encourage each other! All the safety features were reassuring and the different courses provided a challenge for everyone. The young crew were friendly and supportive around the grounds. The occasional drizzle was a welcome relief as the tougher courses certainly built up the body heat.

A definite must for the adventurous family. Really pushed us out of our comfort zone and challenged each of us. We'll definitely be back when our son is taller and can do the harder blue and black courses, although we found the supposedly easier purple, green and red courses were plenty challenging! Great value for money - you can stay there all day if you want and do as much as you want as many times as you want.

I went here with my family to celebrate my birthday and had the best time! There is heaps of parking. We arrived early for our session but were allowed to join the earlier session as there were some “no-shows”. We watched the safety video, got fitted out with harness, helmet and gloves and off we went. I was worried I wouldn’t know how to work the equipment but I quickly got the hang of it and there are staff who are happy to help. We did all the courses except the black courses and it took about 3.5 hours. There was quite a queue and a wait to climb the ladder to do the blue course and a bit of waiting for the people in front of us. But there were no delays with any of the other course when we went. The ziplines were my favourite. It was a lot of fun ziplining through such a beautiful environment with a nice breeze as it was a muggy day. Afterwards we enjoyed a picnic by the little lake at the end of the final zipline. I would definitely come back and also recommend to others.

This place is well run. Staff are friendly and efficient. Safety briefing was thorough and equipment was really well maintained/ good quality. You get the chance to practise on the easier courses first to build confidence. Then you can move onto the more challenging courses, that are really physically challenging. All four of us had to try hard to get it done. I thought I’d worry about the heights, but to be honest your brain doesn’t have the capacity to be too concerned. I was too busy concentrating on the course, keeping up & not falling off! This was a great workout for everyone, would highly recommend it for all the family.
