I was very disappointed that the staff sold tickets for tour guides for 200,000 VND. You don't always have to book in advance, so it's too much to charge tour guides.
Poor service, no variety, no games, all the restaurants are closed, the mud pool is also closed, the park smells bad, the water is very dirty. I think if you want to visit, it's best to never come here (Yang Bay waterfall), it's a waste of time and money, and the ticket sales staff also doesn't support tour guides to have an experience. better. I will never come back here again and never recommend visitors to visit here!
Thanks to the resort management board to work with the staff to let the tour guides enter the tour gate without having to pay the entrance fee.
Would like to thank.

I am very disappointed that the ticket sales staff for tour guides to visit 200,000 VND, not always have to book in advance, incurring but collecting money from tour guides is excessive. Poor service, nothing diverse, no games, closed restaurants, the mud bath is also closed, smells bad in the park, very dirty water.
I think if you want to visit, it is best never to come here (Yang Bay Waterfall), it is time-consuming, it costs money, the ticket agent does not support the tour guide for a better experience.
I will never come back here again and never introduce visitors here!
Ask the resort management to work again with the staff to let the guides enter the entrance to save the entrance fee.
Thank you & Best regards

Desolate scene. Like an abandoned tourist area. Probably don't have the budget to repair it. Going in the summer of April and May is extremely hot. Adult ticket price 200K is too expensive

A waterfall, a swimming lagoon, a minority show, a restaurant - all in 1. A lovely natural swimming spot. Friendly fish that nibble your toes. Very safe. Not crowded at this time of year. Very beautiful. There are at least 3 "Yang Bays" listed on Trip Advisor, but they are all part of the one large park. And you can do all activities in the park in probably 5-6 hours, without rushing.

The waterfall is over rated. However the river area is quite nice and our kids loved it.
The park itself is beautiful, and so much beautiful scenery, but hated the Emu rides, and all the animals in captivity (alligators, bears, birds) which you could 'feed" for fun.
There was an entry fee and we paid $40 to go there with a private driver for the day.
It was worth it in my opinion but not sure I would go back.

Even, if you don't have anything to do, don't go there!
Maybe, if have lived your whole life in the big city. Maybe then you would find this place amusing. Otherwise, it's just plain weird and fake place.

A beautiful and peaceful hike to the falls. The scenery is breathtaking. Swimming in the waterfall was a highlight. Watch out for slippery rocks though!

This place is just picturesque however the main issue is the safety with some of the crossing of the rivers not been roped. Someone not steady on their feet could fall into he water. However we made it across with 2 children (9 and 7 yo in tow). If my kids were much younger I would not have considered doing parts of the crossing as the gaps whilst they don't seem large, one slip and you are down the river.

Then again, you get a very different experience to anywhere else so pay a visit and take photos in places you are comfortable to.

Try to avoid busy times as there we be many Russian Tourist and Mainland Chinese Groups here.

Usually I expect a fee to seeing a waterfall, but they charge 150,000 regardless of whether or not you want only to see the falls, or go to the zoo and other attractions. I think it's a pity and that they should maybe offer two separate tickets; one for travellers who would just like to take a swim and a couple photos, and another that includes all the extras that YangBay has to offer.
