We had a fabulous day on the Maria Island tour. The captain was very knowledgeable on the human and geological history of the area, the tour was very well run, the sights ( towering cliffs, seals, dolphins, island buildings and ruins) were captivating, and the weather was perfect!

We had an excellent day out, the sea was a little rough so we couldn't stop for lunch with the Seals but we were rewarded by the skipper completely circumnavigating Maria Island and taking us to the fossil cliffs which should have been the other tour so we got the best of both tours. We did also see the seals.... More

Our group of 4 couples enjoyed a fantastic day with Michael and Jess as we explored Maria Island and its surrounds. Loved the sights and wonderful service provided. Great day for all ages and was loved by all - as we were a large group the ages ranged from 7 to 80ish. Lunch was great and the boats crew were brilliant.

I thought this would be a really nice way to spend my birthday with my family in Tasmania and it turned out to exceed all expectations enormously. East Coast Cruises are not just a fantastic way to celebrate a significant birthday, they are, quite frankly, one of the best experiences in the world.

The crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, co-operative and very helpful. They did their best to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. They wanted us to experience all that was available around the area such as wildlife, scenery, etc.

We had a most enjoyable day trip to Maria Island. The weather was perfect and the scenery beautiful. The information we received about the rock formations and the historic settlement was very interesting. The lunch was delicious and Michael and Mat were a great crew.

Embarking on a journey to and around Maria Island to discover just what makes this island so special. An intimate tour, with a wonderfully inspiring skipper/ owner, local to the area, Michael and his... More

A great family memory for us visiting the Ille Des Phoques (Island of Seals) and Maria Island with Michael and his crew. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and the beauty of the east coast waters. The boat enables you to really get up close and inside the caves of the island and coastline. A must do for anyone... More
