Dunes, small ponds, cattle, deer, birdlife, it's a great park for walking and biking. Bring water, binoculars and a camera.

This is one of the places to enjoy fresh air and original nature. As many places along the North Sea Coast but especially prepared and quiet wherever you go, take a nice day and enjoy. Where do you see these cows and birds?

Easy to rent bikes for the day in Haarlem and grab a picnic to enjoy the park and the sea. Its a large scenic park with different types of scenery. I love that they imported highland hairy cows from Scotland!

We rode bikes from Haarlem through theNational Park to the beach. Paved bike trails; a few hills but nothing to steep or long. Great place for a picnic and watch the wildlife (such as Scottish Highlanders). Highly Recommend!

No, but they do refer you to 2 different opportunities to hook up with horseback park rides (look within the "horseback riding" part of the park's webpage - which Tripadvisor won't allow me to post here - sorry about that.)
