Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visiting saifulmalook Lake.most beautiful place in the world.beauty to its self.I was in pakistan azad kashmir with family for few weeks.we had arranged few days trip to kaghan..must say hotels are expensive.we paid 22000 rupees a night.with breakfast.had also bought our own driver so paying for accommodation was very Dear. But the experience will stay with me for rest of my life.probably only place in world which had very limited flat service..I felt the place was never made for human habitat. its surrounded with very tall .huge so magnificent mountains.(hills) .you can see clouds sitting on them. The story of saifulmalook infact most hotels and restaurants. Cafes are inspired by the saifulmalook. If you like nature, history and don't mind seeing magnificent places as such.than do visit..very bumpy ride to the lake.take you inhaler if you have asthma.and warm clothes pretty cold high up..don't forget to drop a visit at market..beautiful items of clothing handmade. Thanks.

Views and Nature induldged us with it to take as much pictures as we can. That peace which we feel there can't be felt in our city. But never visit on National Holidays like Eid Holidays. It was our biggest mistake to visit these places in these holidays.

Kaghan is a big sized valley that starts at Balakot and ends at Babusar Pass. This area, being in Himalayan rain belt, gets lot of rain in summers and lot of snow in winters. The valley is lush green and full of conifer trees. The valley height at start point Balakot is 3200 ft and it gradually, over a distance of 130 km, rises to 13700 ft at Babusar Pass.
Important towns in the Valley are Naran, Kaghan, Paras, Batakundi, Jhalkhad and Mahandri. There are numerous lakes in the mountains along Kaghan valley, however, Saiful Mulook, Lulusar and Dodipat sar are more famous.
Their are numerous beautiful small valleys that originate from the main valley. Kunhar River drains the valley all the way. At 17360 ft, Malika Parbat is the hightest peak in the area.
Kaghan Valley is a very busy place during May to July and the rates of everything are very high. However, this is also the best season to visit the valley. Not a place to be missed.

A wonderfully beautiful valley in Pakistan. Offers some of the most beautiful lakes (notably, Saif-ul-Malook), pastures and forest areas. Some of the trecking & hiking opportunities are simply amazing.

Will be travelling from UK to Pakistan in July, hope to visit Naran kaghan, will I need a jumper for the evenings? Further information about the weather would be appreciated. What footwatre is best- trainers or walking boots?
