Arch’s Iguana and Marine Reserve, we are dedicated to coral and marine life conservation. Through snorkel tours and lobster encounters we hope to show people another side to ocean life, one that needs to be respected and protected. My name is Samuel Arch. I am the son of Mr. Sherman Arch, founder of Arch’s Iguana and Marine Reserve. My father has imparted upon me a love for the ocean that can be replaced by no other. I am a third generation Arch. From childhood my father instilled in me the importance of conservation and protection. Throughout my life I have watched this reef go from baron and desolate to populated and thriving. At Arch’s Aquatic Adventure, we guarantee that your time on the island will be time well spent, and full of marvelous experiences which you can share with your family and friends.

Awesome experience. Very impressed that this park was the result of one family who started feeding wild iguanas in their yard. One iguana led to more coming & breeding until the park has grown into a refuge & home for at least a thousand, if...More

This is a family-run "attraction" that is a safe place for iguanas. Native peoples eat iguana (like we eat rabbit or deer) so this area is a safe place for them. There are no fences, iguanas stay here because they get fed in a safe...More

I had never seen a live iguana until we went on a cruise excursion whilst in Roatan to Arch's. To be greeted by what felt like hundreds of hungry iguanas as you enter the park was initially quite daunting especially when given a large cocoa...More

They are rescued but don't believe that they will be turned loose. This is a great facility - even rescues and care for injured and old Iguanas. Well worth the visit.

Yes, it's $10 to get in and then $1 to feed them. It's a rescue center so it is funded through these fees. We did enjoy interacting with them, but we did not feed them. They like being held! No feeding necessary.
