while going from washington Dc to Philadelphia , go via the country side road passing through Amish Village , its a unique experience as the farms and the horse buggys going on road make a good scene to enjoy we avoided going inside amish village...More

We spent a couple of days in the "Amish Country" where we enjoyed seeing this "Plain Living Lifestyle". Be careful of horse and buggy's while driving, they are on the public roadways and are very slow. You will find plenty of shops to buy handmade...More

There's nothing to do in this side of the country. Farms are ok. They don't have anything special to offer. Smells like excrement. There are many flies around. Horses and goats. Nothing fun. The food isn't especial either.

Beautiful countryside area if you want to see how Amish people live. we saw many families working in their fields and riding horse buggy.

What a strange world. Trucks and cars driving on the road together with carriages and horses. People that still live more or less as it was 200 years ago.

We took a tour in New York City. Including carriage ride with a Amish very humble people, great good. I love it.
