This garden was opened to the public about 20 years ago and it is really magnificent. It is a little difficult to access as there is a long steeply sloping path from the entrance to the main level of the gardens. There is also an additional section down to the river where there is a waterfall. However, the planting is... More

We went visiting this amazing and beautiful park while staying in Guadeloupe. This place is so amazing, full of colors, amazing flowers and you feel like you wanna stay in there forever. Flora is really special, it's very clean and they have this nice restaurant where you can order and try fresh fruti juices...and they're special and sooo sweet. You... More

We visited the garden as a family of 4 with a 3 year old and a 5 year old - we all had a fantastic time and it was probably the best tourist site we visited for children in Guadeloupe. For adults, the gardens are impressive but not as extensive as the botanical gardens in Despises; there is a walk... More

We stayed in petit bourg and almost missed this magical place because of the tripadvisor reviews. We went for one reason- the hike through the rainforest that ends at a waterfall with a pool you can swim in- truly magical. Make sure you wear your bathing suit! The setting is dramatically placed in a steep valley- the scale of the... More

A good combination for a family activity. We visited and wanted to come back for a second time, but unfortunately didn't have the time. The botanic gardens are beautiful, the nature walk calm and relaxing and the kids activities as well as the possibility of enjoying a coffee or a meal very welcome. My daughter loved it. There is also... More

The location is lovely. The whole garden is sheltered by a valley. The lush vegetation creates a cool and fresh atmosphere/air which makes a great change to the humidity along the beaches and in the lowland. The restaurant area is well-kept and clean. Our sandwiches were freshly made under our eyes. However, the place could do with a bit more... More
